Review the current self-guided pathway.
The program is a structured exercise and education framework built from published research on exercise for spinal pain. It has not been evaluated in a clinical trial, it is not equivalent to any device or surgical treatment, it is not suitable for everyone, and we cannot promise it will reduce your pain.
The pilot exists so a small number of eligible adults can review the drafted material while we test whether it is clear, usable and worth completing. It does not include individual clinical review.
Takes about three minutes. No payment, and no place is confirmed at the end of it.
How intake works
Four checks, in this order.
Every step can stop the process. That is the point of it.
- 1
Who the pathway is for
Age band and spinal region define the pathway. Only the adult lower-back pathway can continue; younger, mid-back and neck pathways remain under review.
- 2
Safety screen
A short list of features that mean self-directed exercise is the wrong next step. A single yes stops the intake and points you to urgent or in-person assessment.
- 3
Your surgical situation
Only the nonsurgical pathway is open. Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation must follow procedure-specific guidance and is not included here.
- 4
Clear limits
Eligible access is self-guided. The program cannot assess you, replace care or respond to individual symptoms, so stop and escalation rules stay visible throughout.
What is and is not ready
Plainly, where the material stands.
Written program weeks 1–3
Drafted and readable in the review experience.
Later weeks
Not written or available.
Exercise demonstrations
Eight exact movement variants have review drafts; unillustrated alternatives remain text-only.
Thoracic and cervical pathways
Architecture in place, content not written.
Calls, community or 1:1 support
Not included. The pilot is self-guided.
