Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
We take the privacy of your health data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash (if you set one), tier.
- Program data: lesson progress, journal entries, weekly reflections, benchmark assessments, pain (NRS) and disability (RMDQ/FABQ) scores you log.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To deliver the Program (unlock weeks, track your progress, surface your next session).
- To evaluate guarantee-refund eligibility, when requested.
- To improve the Program in aggregate — only de-identified data is ever used for research or content improvements.
- To send you essential service emails (magic links, week unlocks, benchmark reminders). You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. Ever.
- We never share your individual health information with third parties without your explicit consent.
- We never use your data to train commercial AI models.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or full deletion of your account at any time. Email hello@spinalrestorationprogram.com.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. On deletion request, identifiable data is removed within 30 days; aggregated, de-identified records may be retained for service-quality analysis.
