Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Spinal Restoration Program (the “Program”), including the website, member portal, written materials, exercise videos, and any associated coaching services. By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational content, not medical advice

The Program is an educational and structured-exercise product. It is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Program creates a doctor–patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer for the complete list of conditions that require clearance before participating.

2. License and access

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Program materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share your login credentials. Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the Program; we will provide reasonable notice if the Program is ever sunset.

3. Refunds — 60-day results guarantee

Full refunds are available under the conditions described on the Pricing page: complete the first eight weeks honestly, log your sessions, complete the Week 8 benchmark assessment, and — if you have not experienced a clinically meaningful improvement — email us within 60 days of purchase.

4. Use of the member portal

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend access for activity that violates these terms, including credential sharing or attempting to bypass tier restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

All Program materials — written content, exercise videos, illustrations, workbook, and software — are the property of The Spinal Restoration Program and protected by copyright. You may print or download materials for personal use only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spinal Restoration Program and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
