Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to The Spinal Restoration Program website, private-pilot member portal and drafted written materials. The pilot does not include payment, coaching, calls, community access or reviewed exercise media. By accessing the pilot, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational content, not medical advice

The Program is an educational and structured-exercise product. It is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Program creates a doctor–patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer for the complete list of conditions that require clearance before participating.

2. License and access

Pilot access is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the materials, or share your login credentials. Access may change as draft content is reviewed; no lifetime-access promise is made.

3. Pilot payment and existing refund rights

No payment is collected during this pilot. Any existing customer refund rights remain unchanged, are not conditional on an outcome, and are not evidence that the Program is effective.

4. Use of the member portal

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend access for activity that violates these terms, including credential sharing.

5. Intellectual property

Existing Program text, illustrations and software are the property of The Spinal Restoration Program and protected by copyright. Draft labels do not imply that a video, workbook or download already exists.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spinal Restoration Program and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from pilot use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
